Teflon disc can classify as two kinds of die pressing and lathe turning. By way of moulding by die pressing in normal temperature and sinter roasting and cooling down, the die pressure plate is made of polyflon.
Lathe turning plate is made of the polyflon by means of moulding by die pressing and then sinter roasting and lathe work.
    1.Service application:
    The Teflon Plate is adequate for bearing strip, sealing member and lubricant working in all sorts of corrosive medium and the temperature of from -180℃ to +250℃. The Teflon plate can be used to make electric insulation parts of all sort of frequency.
   2. Appearance:
    (1.) The color of sheet material is the essential color of resin.
    (2.) The texture is uniformity and the appearance is skinpassing not permitting the shortcoming of cracking, air bubble delamination, mechanical damage and knife mark and so on.
    (3.) It permits slight clouding elasticity phenomena
    (4.) It permits that the non-metallic impurity with the diameter of 0.1-0.5mm is not more than one in the area of 10×10cm2 and the non-metallic impurity with the diameter of 0.5-2mm is not more than one.
